2、的车架是一个重要的汽车结构，可以说，车架的质量直接影响了汽车的质量。为了使汽车在强度和刚度上有一定的量度来承受汽车所受载荷及冲击，在设计过程中引入了有限元分析。本课题针对BJ01C7的需求，绘制了车架的三维模型，对BJ01C7车车架的模型进行修改，分析和计算。本次毕设把CAD的二维制图技术、UG的二维草图设计和三维模型建立应用到车架结构中，并成功运用Nastran软件来进行车架的模态分析，得到车架的各阶固有频率和固有振型。并对数据进行合理分析。然后基于分析结果提出改进意见。关键词：车架设计建模有限元分析模态分析-30-河北工业大学2014本
