2、eachcore7我国村民自治存在的问题与对策【摘要】：我国十亿农民实现村民自治，当家作主，自己管理本村的事务，这是史无前例的具有中国特色的伟大的社会主义民主，它正在我国农村迅速地发展。村民自治作为我国农村基层民主政治建设的进程，促进了农村经济的稳定发展，还有效地维护了农村地区社会的稳定。同时，发展中的村民自治需要通过理顺关系、完善制度、提高参与意识，真正实现自我管理、自我教育、自我服务。村民自治作为改革开放后中国农村的一大重大制度创新，在我国基层民主中占重要地位。经过二十年的发展，村民自治制度日益成熟，但仍然存在一些问题，进一步解决村民自治存在的问题是走向民主治理
