1、万方数据i北虐业掌提2009,18(5):194—198ActaAgriculturaeBoreali—occidentalisSinica土壤因子对中药材丹参AM真菌侵染的影响马晶1,贺学礼1’孙,姜在民1,王凌云2(1.西北农林科技大学,陕西杨凌71210012.河北大学,河北保定071002)摘要:2008年7月和10月分别从河北省安国市丹参根围o~30cm土层采集土壤样品,研究了土壤因子与AM真菌生态分布的相关性。结果表明,丹参根系能与AM真菌形成良好共生关系,平均总定殖率68.22%,平均孢子密度1755.4个·100g-1土。土壤碱解N与丛枝定殖率极
2、显著正相关,与孢子密度极显著负相关,与泡囊定殖率显著负相关;土壤速效P与孢子密度、泡囊和总定殖率极显著负相关,与菌丝定殖率显著负相关;土壤有机C与丛枝定殖率极显著正相关;土壤pH与菌丝和总定殖率显著正相关。土壤总球囊霉素(TG)为2.32~4.89mg·g~,易提取球囊霉索(EEG)为1.10~2.71mg·g~,二者分别与有机C极显著正相关。AM真菌与土壤因子的高相关性,以及AM真菌和球囊霉素与土壤有机C的密切相关性,说明AM真菌定殖结构、孢子密度和球囊霉素可作为丹参形成共生体能力和土壤环境状况的检测和评价指标。关键词:AM真菌;土壤因子;球囊霉素;丹参中图分
