1、第41卷第1期植物保护学报Vo1.41No.12014拄2月ACTAPHYTOPHYLACICASINICAFeb.2014皮尔瑞俄类芽胞杆菌BC一39对番茄灰霉病的防治效果及防腐保鲜作用段军娜黄海罗晶张鑫翟枫安德荣(西北农林科技大学植物保护学院,旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室,陕西杨凌712100)摘要:为了探索拮抗菌株BC一39对番茄病害的控制作用,采用生长速率法、孢子萌发法测定了BC一39发酵液冻干物对番茄灰霉菌的抑制作用,并研究了茵悬液对盆栽番茄灰霉病的防治效果及其对番茄的防腐保鲜作用。经鉴定拮抗菌株BC.39为皮尔瑞俄类芽胞杆菌Paeniba
2、cilluspeoriae,其发酵液冻干物抑制番茄灰霉菌茵丝生长和孢子萌发的EC∞分别为21.72mL和23.46g/mL;10。CFU/mLBC.39茵悬液对盆栽番茄灰霉病的保护和治疗效果分别为70.1%和65.8%,对采后番茄灰霉病的防腐率为88.4%,经l0。CFU/mL茵悬液浸果处理后番茄的失重率为1.34%,低于清水对照。研究表明,皮尔瑞俄类芽胞杆菌BC.39可作为生防制剂应用于番茄灰霉病的防治及番茄的采后保鲜。关键词:皮尔瑞俄类芽胞杆菌;番茄灰霉病;采后病害;果实保鲜ThecontroleficacyofPeanibacilluspeoria
