1、DoubleWorkSpacesCNCMachineDesignforDeepHoleDrillerByWeiYaoDongSupervisor:LiuPingNortheasternUniversityJune2006摘要i摘要对置双工位数控缸体孔钻床设计本设计是根据设计要求,设计一套组合机床系统对汽车制动泵缸体进行深孔加工,由于该课题是工厂实际加工任务,所以在部件选择上以能够在市场上采购到的通用部件为主,以降低加工成本。本设计主要包括四部分:第一部分是根据设计要求对组合机床进行总体方案设计,包括加工方式的确定、机床主参数选择计算和机床控制系统的选择。第
2、二部分是根据总体方案对组合机床中机械部分进行设计,包括机床动力头、数控滑台、侧底座和中间底座的选择计算,工件夹具设计、计算及校核,并设计用于夹紧的液压站系统,完成液压站原理图。第三部分是设计PLC组合机床控制系统,利用三菱FX2NPLC对机床进行加工控制,并编制实际加工的电气控制图。第四部分是利用机械制图的基本原理,应用CAXA电子图板对组合机床及夹具进行装配设计,并生成二张二维装配图纸。关键词:深组合机床,PLC,液压夹具,枪钻iAbstractDoubleWorkSpacesCNCMachineDesignforDeepHoleDrillerThede
