1、城市更新中一般性历史建筑保护与再利用研究——以合肥市为例摘要：城市文化断代和“千城一面”是我国当前城市发展屡屡被诟病的问题。一般性历史建筑是构成城市文化和风貌的重要组成部分，所以对其保护与再利用进行研究是有意义和有必要的。通过对国内外历史建筑与一般性历史建筑的相关理论和实践进行归纳和总结，指出当前研究与生态学理论结合的不足，在现实城市更新中保护与再利用存在保护力度不够和再利用少等问题。接着对合肥旧区内一般性历史建筑进行调查，包括文档调查和三类一般性历史建筑群的实地调查，并归纳出一般特征。然后以集体记忆理论为主，综合分析一般性历史建

2、筑的多维价值。本文在文章结语结合合肥实际，提出一般性历史建筑保护与再利用的一般建议。在讨论部分中引入岛屿理论与生态位理论，讨论了笔者所理解的城市人文生态系统中建筑与城市间关系以及建筑与建筑间关系。尝试为一般性历史建筑保护与再利用找到新的分析角度。关键词：一般性历史建筑；集体记忆；多维价值；城市人文生态系统；再利用Abstract：Thedivisionofthecitycultureandthephenomenonthatthousandsofcitieswiththeidenticalappearancehavelongbeen

3、thedenouncedproblemsinthedevelopmentofcitiesinChinatoday.Ordinaryhistoricalbuildingsaretheimportantpartswhichformthecitycultureanditsstyle.Thusthestudyontheprotectionandreuseoftheordinaryhistoricalbuildingsaremeaningfulandessential.Firstofall,bysummarizingtherelatedth

4、eoriesandpracticesofthehistoricalbuildingsandtheordinaryhistoricalbuildingsfromhomeandabroad,thepaperpointedoutthelackoftheoriesrelatedtotheprotectionandreuseoftheordinaryhistoricalbuildingsaswellasthelackofresearchtowardsthecombinationoftheecologyatpresenttheoriesand

5、practices.Then,thepaperinvestigatedtheordinarybuildingsinHefeioldarea.Theinvestigationhastwoparts,concludingthedocumentandthethreerepresentativecases.Afterthat,thepapersummarizedthegeneralfeaturesofthem.Thirdly,thepaperintroducedthetheoryaboutthecollectivememoryandcon

6、cludedthemultidimensionalvaluesofordinaryhistoricalbuildings.Attheconclusionofthepaper，putforwardgeneraladviceofprotectionandreuseoftheordinaryhistoricalbuildingprotectionandreuse，whichcombinedwiththecurrentsituationofHefei.Besides,theIslandtheoryandtheNichetheoryfrom
