1、船舶电子电气员“听力与会话”的评估方案根据2011年7月在大连开会讨论的《海船船员适任评估项目和大纲》的要求，参考轮机英语听力与会话评估方式，目前没有电子员听力与会话教材和听力材料，考虑到评估方式的可行性和评估员的工作量。特提出以下评估方案。仅供参考选择。听力可通过简答题的形式间接考核。一、题型:（60分及格）1、朗读（25分）1题，材料显示；2、口述（25分）1题，题干显示，考生根据问题展开论述；3、简答（50分）10题，题干材料不显示，考生根据评估员人工口语进行口试。二、评估方式:1、采取抽题卡，
