1、国税系统联网开票设置教程由于国税开票改革，今后需要联网才能开票，否则开票软件不能获取发票号。为此，开票软件需要通过VPN连接至国税系统，进行联网开票。一般操作步骤如下：1、导入XP系统VPN补丁文件，重启操作系统后生效；2、创建VPN（详见操作说明）。3、安装企政OA软件，重启操作系统后生效。4、运行VPN拨号程序，拨号成功后，打开报税（需要同时运行企政OA，可将该软件最小化，若不运行该软件，联网开票时不能获取票号，具体原因未知）。5、其他程序安装，由财务联系外部公司安装。（如防伪税控硬件卡驱动等）。信息部2012年2月15日he"governingforthepeople"
