1、PVP结合唑来膦酸治疗老年女性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的临床研究德阳市第五医院四川德阳618000【摘要】：目的：研究PVP（percutaneousvertebroplasty经皮穿刺椎体成形术）结合唑来磷酸治疗老年女性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年6月一一2015年6月我院收治的骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的老年女性患者60例为研究对象，患者PVP手术后根据临床评估分为两组，即研究组和对照组，各30例。研宂组患者给予唑來膦酸注射液治疗，对照组给予非唑來膦酸注射液治疗，分析两组患者PVP术前、术后半年及一

2、年的腰椎及挠骨远端骨密度变化，比较两组患者术前、术后1月及6个月疼痛变化。结果：相比对照组，研究组患者PVP术前、术后半年及一年的腰椎及桡骨远端骨密度值明显増高；对比两组患者术前、术后1月及6个月疼痛变化，研究组疼痛变化显著高于对照组，两组比较有明显差异，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。讨论：PVP结合唑来膦酸对治疗老年女性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折疗效确切，可明显提高患者的骨密度,降低患者的疼痛指数，有利于患者生活质量提升。【关键词】：PVP；唑来膦酸；老年女性；骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折，临床研究Clinicalstudy
