1、卩坐来麟酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者的临床疗效湖南省岳阳市第一人民医院414000摘要：目的：对卩坐來麟酸注射液用来治疗老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者的临床疗效进行观察。方法：结合前來我院治疗的临床病例进行对比试验，对63例患有老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的病人将他们随机分为对照组33例和治疗组30例，在治疗过程屮给治疗组静脉注射卩坐来麟酸注射液每年一次，在给药期间给予患者充足的水分，同时服用非笛体类的镇痛药，给对照组250mL的生理盐水静脉注射作为对照。在治疗期间均给两组患者长期服用D600mg的钙尔奇，每日两次，0.25μg,每口一次，治疗后医师对患者自我VA
2、S疼痛进行有效的评分和评估，并同时对患者骨密度进行测定和评价功能。结果：63个病例中，对照组有1例因为出现心脏病而死亡，其余的62例均治疗正常，治疗组与对照组相比，治疗组患者腰背痛症状评分得到明显的改善(P<0.05),结果显示骨密度也是明显增加(P<0.05)o结论：在老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的治疗屮，呼來麟酸注射液可在治疗的早期和屮期起到明显的治疗效果，可以明显的减轻疼痛,在临床治疗屮值得推广，但在I型骨质疏松性腰背痛患者治疗是应慎重使用。关键词：卩坐來麟酸注射液；治疗；老年骨质疏松性；腰背痛；临床疗效【abstract］：objective：toaz
