1、开放性实验室管理与建设初探：随着高校教育事业的发展，先进的教学仪器设备的相继引进，现代化教学手段、实验手段的应用，使得实验室管理和建设工作越来越复杂，要求也越来越高。高校电工电子开放性实验室传统的管理体制和模式的改革已成为学校迫切的需要。本文以常熟理工学院开放性实验室为例，首先明确了高校电工电子开放性实验室的常规管理工作，其次对实验室的日常建设进行了阐述，最后提出了电工电子实验室管理的新思路。 关键词：开放性实验室管理建设 1.Strengthenlab’sgeneralmanagementandimproveitscontrollevel Theop
