1、毕业论文我国政府危机公关研究TheChinesegovernmentcrisispublicrelationsresearch院系名称：班级：学号：学生姓名：指导教师：****年**月摘要近年来，我国经济得到了快速发展，人民群众的物质文化和精神文化生活水平得到了很大的改善和提高，这是值得我们高兴和庆幸的。但足在经济发展、社会繁荣、人民群众安居乐业的背后，我们也要看到近年来各种突发性的事件经常发生。本文结合实际情况，从危机公关的概念界定、政府公共关系理论、危机公关中政府的公关能力等方而阐述了政府危机公关的基本内涵；分析了政
2、府危机公关能力的提升是民主社会的要求、信息社会的要求、也是构建社会主义和谐社会的要求。简要分析了我国政府危机公关的现状及其存在问题的原因；由于政府危机公关是一门从国外引进的新学科，在国内存在的时间还不长，加上我国传统政治文化的影响，我国各级政府及其工作人员在很长一段时间内危机公关的意识不强，应对突发公共危机经验缺乏，应急机制建设不健全。同时也必须提高政府领导者的危机公关能力、构建政府危机公关系统、组建国家及各省市县反危机管理机构以及构建有效的危机预警机制。关键词：公共关系政府危机公关AbstractInrecentyea
