1、Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效观黑龙江省森工总医院黑龙江哈尔滨150040【摘要】目的：探讨Vitapex根充糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床效果及安全性。为乳牙根尖周炎患者感染的减少提供借鉴和指导。方法：选择乳牙根尖周炎患儿80例，患牙112颗，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组患儿采用Vitapex糊剂，对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂，比较两组治疗效果并随访6个月。对其在医院治疗过程中治疗的有效率和疼痛发生率进行统计学分析。结果：治疗后1周门诊复查，观察组患牙58颗，疼痛发生率15.5%。对照组患牙54颗，疼痛发生率27.8%,观察组疼痛发生率

2、低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o治疗6个月后，观察组治愈率93.1%，对照组为81.5%，观察组治愈率高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:Vitapex根充糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎效果良好，对根尖组织刺激小，优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂,可在临床进行推广应用。【关键词】Vitapex糊剂；乳牙根尖周炎；临床疗效ToobservetheclinicaleffectofVitapexpasteonperiapicalperiodontitisofdeciduousteethAbstract：Objective：Toi
