1、心力衰竭患者血清hs-CRP水平变化的临床研究陆兆华1叶少武1卢谦1彭晓燕1黎志革1邓春梅1王小芳2（1广丙梧州市人民医院心血管内科广丙梧州543001）（2广丙梧州市人民医院检验科广丙梧州543001）【摘要】目的对血清hs-CRP水平在心力衰竭诊断及治疗中的临床价值进行研究，为心力衰竭的诊治和疗效提供参考。方法以我院2007年5月-2013年5月间心内科治疗的20例心力袞竭患者为观察组，选取同期心脏功能正常的患者20例为对照组。对其临床资料、治疗方法及治疗前后的血清hs-CRP水平进行组间比较及统计学分析。结果两组研宄对象的基木临床资料差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗前观察组研究

2、对象的血清hs-CRP水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后观察组的血清hs-CRP水平较治疗前明显下降，且与对照组对比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论心力衰竭患者的血清hs-CRP水平在患病时发生显著变化，因此血清hs-CRP在心力袞竭的诊断和治疗效果评价中只有重要临床预测和治疗指导意义，可以在临床推广使用。【关键词】心力衰竭血清hs-CRP心脏功能【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）08-0074-02Clinicalstudyonthechangesofserumhs-CRPlevelsinpatientswith
