1、探讨联合检测糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素C对糖尿病早期肾功能损害的诊断价值(成都军区八一骨科医院检验科四川成都610031)【摘要】目的:探讨联合检测糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素C对糖尿病早期肾功能损害的诊断价值。方法:随机选择2015年4月-2016年5月间确诊为2型糖尿病的患者90例作为研究组对象,分为单纯糖尿病组45例和早期糖尿病肾病组45例,同期选择45例健康人作为对照组,分别检测糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素C的浓度水平,综合分析结果。结果:早期糖鉍病肾组的糖化血红蛋G和胱抑素C浓度水平均明显高于单纯糖尿病组和健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期糖尿病肾组患者的糖化血红蛋內
2、浓度水平与胱抑素C浓度水平呈正相关(r值为0.8092,P<0.05)o早期糖鉍病肾组患荞联合检测糖化血红蛋G和胱抑素C的阳性检出率明显高于单独指标的检测结果,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并高于单纯糖尿病组患者的联合阳性检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖化血红蛋G和胱抑素C均是辅助诊断糖鉍病早期肾功能损害的有效指标,联合检测能够有效提高疾病的检出率,降低漏诊风险。【关键词】糖尿病;糖尿病肾病;糖化血红蛋白;胱抑素C【中图分类号】R44【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8231(2016)26-0147-02Toexplorethediagno
