1、探讨盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观黑龙江省嫩江县山河农场医院161421【摘要】目的：研究分析治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果观察。方法：此次研宄的对象是选择2012年1月-2015年1月收治的218例慢性盆腔炎患者。将其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析，并采用随机分组方式分为治疗组和对照组,每组各109例。其中对比组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上使用盆腔炎治疗仪。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗总有效率87.16%。治疗组治疗总有效率98.17%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意

2、义(P<0.05)。对照组复发38例，复发率34.86%；治疗组复发7例，复发率6.42%。治疗组复发情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎具有显著的治疗效果，是一种方便、高效、稳定的治疗方法，联合常规药物治疗可显著提升治疗疗效，且对绝大部分患者有效，应作为慢性盆腔炎的常规治疗手段。【关键词】慢性盆腔炎；盆腔炎治疗仪；疗效分析；[Abstract]Objective：Tostudytheclinicaleffectoftreatingchronic
