1、摘要临盘采油厂是已经开发建设了40多年的老油田，已经进入中后期，油田勘探开发难度逐年增大，使投资、成本逐年上升。特别是勘探开发两层皮现象的存在，导致勘探只顾探明储量、较少考虑经济储量；开发建设方案设计时缺乏后续经济生产的兼顾，导致开发生产后期工程改造大，运行成本高。临盘采油厂在学习借鉴其它兄弟单位好的经验做法的同时，探索适合本单位发展的生产管理优化方法，加强管理、控制成本、增加效益、走内涵式、集约化发展的道路，提高生产运行日常管理水平，减少经济损失维护采油厂利益等就显得尤为重要。本文立足于临盘采油厂生产管理实际，简要介绍临盘采油厂生产管理运行情
2、况及效果，在查阅大量参考文献和当今数字化企业建设发展进程等基础上，分析目前该系统存在的问题。针对问题进行深入剖析，利用理论与实际结合、规范与实证研究结合的方法和路线，构建“事前算赢(P)、业财融合(D)、聚焦反馈(C)、价值引导(A)”的生产经营管理新模式，不断降低生产成本，实现少投入、低成本、高水平、高效益地生产经营模式，提出对临盘采油厂生产管理优化相应的优化方案、统优化方案的具体实施、保障措施，并及时跟踪生产管理的过程和效果，不断优化生产管理水平。关键词：生产管理；优化；精细iAbstractLinpanOilExtractionFacto
