7、ish;traditionalspeakingpedagogy;modernspeakingpedagogy;communicativeability　摘要：当今中学生应努力提高自身的英语交际能力，以不断适应当代社会要求，但是由于受到传统教学法的影响，我国的英语口语教学还存在很多问题，大多数中学生花费了很多时间在英语口语学习上，但其口语表达能力始终很差。如何提高当今中学生英语口语能力，首先我们必须了解我国学生口语的发展进程，找出学生学习口语的障碍所在。然后对这些问题进行深刻的分析，将传统教学法取长补短，采用更适合中国学生

8、的现代教学法。本文从四个部分讨论了解决这个问题的方法。第一部分对全篇做了总述，主要介绍了文章的写作目的，现实意义以及中心论点。第二部分主要描述当今中学生较差的口语现状，并从三个方面分析了行动学习口语的障碍所在，主要是考试模式，教师教学方法和心理障碍三方面。第三部分详细分析了现代的科学的口语教学法，如互动式教学，小组练
