1、◆●■山东大学硕士学位论文RCM、万古霉素等临床报道有类过敏反应发生的药物对小鼠类过敏反应检测模型进行敏感性分析；应用建立的模型对清开灵注射液和葛根素注射液进行类过敏反应检测。结果：组织浸出液在610nlTl处具有最大吸收波长和最佳检测灵敏度；采用注射依文思蓝15min后背部皮下注射药物可避免假阳性结果的发生；清开灵注射液和葛根素注射液均可引起皮肤血管渗透性增加。结论：小鼠皮肤血管渗透性类过敏反应检测模型背部皮下给药、注射依文思蓝15min后注射受试药物具有良好的敏感性并可避免假阳性结果的发生；清开灵注射液和葛根素注射液可以引起小鼠皮肤血管渗
