1、摘要Flash技术为动画独立创作提供了条件，使得动画创作呈现出一种回回的趋势：Flash的出现具有革命性的意义，它使动画设计游戏化、生活化。由于互联网络传播的自由性，以及广泛的大众参与，早期的Flash动画享有“平民动画”的誉名。同时，Flash动画技术具有高效率、低本钱创作的特点，它被引进到传统动画的创作中，从而影响、带动传统二维动画创作体系的革新；Flash动画还具有跨平台传播的能力，在互联网络和电影、电视、手机“四电合一”的平台上广泛传播，不仅创造了传播效应的规模化，还造就了经济效应的规模化。由于新媒体的应用和传播对象的不同，Flash动画无论是从创作理念、外在表现，都在传统动画的基础上
2、出现了转变。本文将尝试从比较的角度，探讨Flash动画在设计理念、设计表现上的特点；探讨Flash技术对于传统二维动画创作的影响以及以Flash技术为代表的网络动画的发展远景。本文的主要工作是利用Flash8.0软件制作动画。主要内容有：（1）Flash动画内容的选取，其中包括：动画主题的选取；动画中图片的选取；文字、音乐的选取。（2）动画的制作，包括图像、图片、文字、音频等的处理；利用Flash软件制作动画。关键词：互联网络，Flash，动画设计AbstractFlashanimationtechniquesforindependentcreativeprovidedacondition,m
