2、-display,"thatmicroparticlesaremanipulatedbyoptoelectronictweezers(OET)onaliquidcrystaldisplay(LCD).TheOEThasbeenconstructedbyassemblingagroundlayer,aliquidchamber,andaphotoconductivelayer.Withoutlensoropticalalignments,theLCDimagedirectlyformsvirtualelectrodesonthephotoconductivelay

3、erfordielectrophoreticmanipulation.Thelab-on-a-displaywasfirstrealizedbyaconventionalmonochromaticLCDmoduleandalightsourcebrighterthan5,000lux.Itwassuccessfullyappliedtotheprogrammablemanipulationof45μmpolystyrenebeads;morethan100particlesweretransportedwithanopticalimage-drivencontr
