3、estheriskoflegalcomplications.SincethecreationoftheIncotermsrulesbyICCin1936,thisgloballyacceptedcontractualstandardhasbeenregularlyupdatedtokeeppacewiththedevelopmentofinternationaltrade.TheIncoterms2010rulestakeaccountofthecontinuedspreadofcustoms-freezones,theincr
4、easeduseofelectroniccommunicationsinbusinesstransactions,heightenedconcernaboutsecurityinthemovementofgoodsandconsolidatesintransportpractices.Incoterms2010updatesandconsolidatesthe'delivered'rules,reducingthetotalnumberofrulesfrom13to11,andoffersasimplerandclearerpr
5、esentationofalltherules.Incoterms2010isalsothefirstversionoftheIncotermsrulestomakeallreferencestobuyersandsellersgender-neutral.ThebroadexpertiseofICC'sCommissiononCommercialLawandPractice,whosemembershipisdrawnfromallpartsoftheworldandalltradesectors,ensuresthatthe
