7、·····················································44--------细菌纤维素的生物相容性及联合BMP2的成骨效应研究背景研究背景间充质干细胞(Mesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)来源于发育早期的中胚层和外胚层,最初在骨髓中被Friendenstein等发现为非造血组织干细胞,由于其具有可分化为间充质组织细胞的能力,故称之为间充质干细胞[1]。以后陆续在许多组织中分离到,包括脂肪、滑膜、软骨、骨膜、胎盘和脐血[2]。1.1间充质干细胞生物学特

8、性间充质干细胞具备以下共同属性:(1),间充质干细胞是具有自我维持和自我更新的细胞群体,其细胞数目是相对恒定的,即间充质干细胞具有自稳定性。(2),在生物体总的细胞构成比上,间充质干细胞只占有其中很小的一部分。(3),间充质干细胞可在适宜环境中向不同方向分化,即其为相对未分化类细胞[3]。1,MSCs具有强大的自我更新和多向分化能力。可以分化为软骨细胞、成骨
