3、essofenterprisesandthesupplychain”tobecomeaveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetothesubject.Inthispaper,usingthesupplychainview,wetrytoguidethesecompaniestomakethebestpurchasingdecisionsindifferentstagesofimplementationJITprocurementsyste
4、m.WhiletheimplementationofJITprocurementsystemisstillintheinitialstage,thathowtomakethebestpurchasingstrategyisaffectedbybothraditionalprocurementsystemandJITprocurementsystem.Wetrytoguidethesecompaniestomakethebestpurchasingdecisions.Thenthispaperdi
5、scussesfixedtransportationcostsandunitshortagecostfactorsonthechoiceoforderquantity,thetotalcostanddeliverypoint,anditcomestoaconclusion:fixedtransportationcostshigher,firmstendtoreducethedeliverynumberoftimes;whileunitshortagecostishigher,itisbetter
6、toincreasetheorderquantityoftheenterprise.Inthispaperweattempttofillagapintheexistingliterature,muchofwhichfocusesondirect,two-echelon,buyer–suppliercoordination.Consideringathree-echelon,morecomplexstructuresinvolvingmultiplebuyersandsupplierssupply
