3、usconcentrationofbevaeizumabwas(7.29±0.17)μg/mland(19.25±0.15)μg/mland(31.87±0.25)μg/mlintherighteyes,respectively.Iontophoresisgroup,bevacizumabconcentrationintherighteyesofaqueoushumorandvitreouscavitycomparison.Thedrugconcentrationofaqueoushumorwerehighe

4、rthaninthevitreouscavity,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Betweeniontophoresisgroup,therewerestatisticallysignificantofdrugconcentrationsinthesameareasthroughvarianceanalysisandcomparisonbetweengroups.Bevacizumabsolutioneyedropsgroup(lefteye
