1、...企业知识型员工流失问题及对策分析内容提要知识型员工的有效利用是保证企业正常发展的必要条件，作为知识载体的知识型员工是企业获取竞争优势的主要源泉，因而成为各企业争夺的焦点，这就为知识型员工的流动提供了源动力和可能性。近年来知识型员工在全球范围内的流动日益频繁，并成为当今社会人才流动的一大特点。目前我国中小企业知识型员工流失问题现象较为普遍，给企业带来了巨大的损失。如何遏制企业知识型员工的大量流失，减少流失风险和损失，已成为企业管理者必须关注和解决的重要问题。本文选取明达铝业科技公司为研究对象，基于企业人力资源管理相关理论的基础上，对该企业知识型员工流失现象进行分析，系统探讨了明达铝业科
2、技公司知识型员工流失的原因。本文最后在理论和实证研究的基础上，提出了企业知识型员工的保持策略。这一选题的研究对于提高企业的效益，增加企业的竞争力，以及促进企业健康发展都具有重要的现实意义。研究和解决这一问题不但对该公司的进一步发展有重要意义，而且能为同行业企业和其他企业解决本企业的相似问题提供借鉴和新的思路。关键词：员工流失保持策略战略分析 知识型员工......AbstractTheeraofknowledgeeconomytheenterprisehumanresourcesmanagementcoreobjectisknowledgeemployee.Knowledgetypeemp
