2、tive.Butbehindthelotsofmergersandacquisitions,thereisthefailureofM&Aratioof75%intheworld,relativetothefailurerateofconservativeChineseenterprisesalsoreachedto60%.Researchshowsthatthesuccessprocessofmergerisonlythebeginning,themergerintegrationisthemostdifficultthing
3、,oneofthemostdifficultandthemosteasilyleadtofailureofM&Afactorsistheintegrationofhuman.Baseonthemodernhumanresourcefunctionmanagement,authorstudiedthehumanresourceintegrationproblemsofAgroupmerger&acquisitonJSBcompany,anddiscussthecurrentproblemandthesolvestrategy.S
4、heclarifiedhowtostartfromtheenterprisestrategy,integratedthecorporatecultureandtheorganizationalstructure,andsuggestedthehumanresourceallocationstrategybasedontheCompetencyModel,identifiedthestrippingandreducingpositionswithsixkindsofmethodstoreducetheM&Aenterprises
5、labor30%.SheproposedthatGroupControlModeofhumanresourcesmanagementstrategyfortheJSBcompanychangefromasinglestructuretothemerger.AuthorstudiedhumanresourcemanagementtheoriesandM&Atheories,combinedwiththeactualcase,andstudiedinhowtocarryouthumanresourcesintegrationofh
