1、河北工业大学硕士学位论文摘要近年来,全国啤酒行业的不断整合、合并,对各公司人力资源管理要求越来越高,QD啤酒北方销售公司的薪酬管理体系,在变革中发挥的激励作用越来越小。为增强薪酬激励作用,本课题以薪酬管理的基本理论为基础,结合调研的结果,对该公司现行的薪酬管理策略进行分析。找出了QD啤酒北方销售公司存在缺乏合理的薪酬结构,非经济性报酬种类少,经济性薪酬不能满足不岗位员工对薪酬差异性的需求,员工流失严重等问题。通过对公司组织结构,人力资源结构,特别是员工的性别、年龄、文化程度等方面比较分析,针对QD啤酒北方销售公司薪酬模式单一,忽视员工资本与需求差异,对员工激励性不强等问题。细化了岗
2、位价值工资等级,满足了员工的多元化需求,调整了岗位绩效比例,增加了福利种类,设计了以岗位价值工资与绩效工资相结合的薪酬组合模式。突破低职务人员工资难以提高的瓶颈,发挥出薪酬制度的激励性,提高公司对人才的吸引力。薪酬体系的变革必然会产生很大影响,为保障薪酬体系的顺利实施,提出了完善薪酬总额控制制度、薪酬调整制度、薪酬考核制度、员工奖惩制度,加强公司文化建设和注重宣传与沟通的建议。关键词:人力资源薪酬体系激励IQD啤酒北方销售公司薪酬体系优化分析ABSTRACTInrecentyears,theintegrationofthenationalbeerindustry,themerger
