6、·············································46攻读学位期间发表的学术论文目录····················47作者声明··············································48个人简历··············································49中文摘要目的:本项目通过深入、系统研究蠲痛饮对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的干预作用,从细胞分子水平上研究名老中医治疗妇科痛症、不孕症的学术理论,研究蠲痛饮对子宫内膜异位症(

7、endometriosis,EMS)的作用机理,旨在为中医药治疗EMS的辩病论治及机制探索提供可资借鉴的研究思路,为临床有效治疗EMS提供一个良好的切入点,为推广应用打下坚实的基础。方法:将健康清洁级雌性SD大鼠72只,体重220-250g,随机抽取12只作为空白组,其余大鼠均进行造模,建模方法参照Jones[1]等建模方法,4周末经病理组织学检查证实异位内膜已成活。再将造模成功大鼠随机分为蠲痛饮高、中、低剂量组、丹那唑组、模型组。给予蠲痛饮治疗并与丹那唑为对照,给药12周以后,禁食12小时称重,经股静脉采血,离心后吸取上清液,-20℃低温冰箱

8、中保存备用。运用酶联免疫吸附试验(EliSA)中的双抗体夹心法测定血清VEGF水平,从药物调控VEGF表达的影响进一步研究蠲痛饮对EMS的作用机制。结
