1、中外商务礼仪文化研宄摘要随着屮国经济的发展，屮国与世界各国的商务活动日益堉多；在屮国加入WTO后，中国与世界艿他各国的商务联系便更加紧密，商务谈判作为商务活动的起点，对交易的成功发挥着重要作用。在国际贸易与经济高速发展的今天，对从事商务谈判的人来说，学习掌握其理论知识与技能策略是极其必要的。礼仪在商务谈判中又占据很重要的作用，而中外文化差异决定中外礼仪也大不相同，因此本文从商务谈判和礼仪的涵义和原则出发，着眼商务活动和礼仪教学，阐述商务礼仪在商务谈判中的作用，从而为更好地进行商务礼仪课程教学提供帮助。木文旨在说明礼仪对商务谈判的作用
