1、2018-03-2712:00:30中国现代医生2018年3期王欣鹏李娜［摘耍］戸的比較经尿道钦激光前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺増生的疗效。方法选择2016年1月〜2017年1月住院治疗的前列腺增生患者80例，根据治疗方法不同分为两组。观察组采用经尿道钦激光前列腺剜除术，对照组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术，比较两组患者的手术时间、术屮出血量及并发症惜况。术后6个月进行随访，测定术前及术后6个月的IPSS、QOL、Qmax.RUV的变化情况。结果观察组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照
