6、becameinvolvedwiththeexpatriateliteraryandartisticcirclesurroundingGertrudeSteinwhenhewasworkinginParisasacorrespondentfortheTorontoStar,Hisworksduringthe1920sarerepresentativeof“theLostGeneration”.DuringtheSpanishCivilWarandlatertheSecondWordWar,Hemingway
7、servedasacorrespondentontheloyalistside.ThenhesettledinCubain1945.In1954,HemingwaywasawardedtheNobelPrizeof5Literatureforhis“masteryoftheartofmodernnarration”.AfterhisexpulsionfromCubabytheCastroregime,hemovedtoIdaho.Hewasincreasinglyplaguedbyillhealthandm
