1、论中央与地方权力关系的演变摘要中央与地方关系是一个植根于每个国家的社会体制中,直接关系着国家统一、民族团结、经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题。科学处理中央与地方关系是当前政治文明建设和政治体制改革的一个难点和重点。中央与地方关系的权限划分是否合理妥当,直接关系到国家的治乱兴衰。当前建构我国中央与地方的新型关系，应该以中央与地方之间的权限合理划分为核心，以中央与地方之间利益分享的均衡和权力行使的相对平衡为目标模式，建立中央与地方地权力关系的平衡机制，以使中央与地方关系实现制度化、规范化。本文旨在通过中央与地方权力关系的演变提出
