1、ABSTRACTTheemployeemovingisalwayswhattheenterprisespaysspecialattentionto,whilethelossofknowledgeworkersiswhatmanyenterprisesfinddifficulttodealwith.Thenhowtomanageknowledgeworkersisbecomingveryimportant.Astheresultofthedirectmentalreactionoftheeffec

2、tfactors,employeemovinghascloserelationtothejobperformance.Thisstudychoosesknowledgeworkersofmedium-smallprivateenterprisesasthesubject,thepurposeistodiscussthemeasuringdimensionsofemployeemovingofknowledgeworkersandtheeffectfactorsbasedonpsychologic

3、alcontract,andwhatimportantfactorsimpactsignificantlyonemployeemovingofknowledgeworkers.ItCanprovideconstructionalguidancesuggestionsforthehumanresourcemanagementinmedium—smallprivateenterprises.Anintensiveliteraturereviewaboutpsychologicalcontract,t

4、heeffectfactorsandemployeemovinghasbeendone.Basedontheliteraturereview,aquestionnairetofindouttheleveloftheeffectfactorsandemployeemovingofknowledgeworkersinmedium-smallprivateenterpriseshasbeendesignedandasurveyhasbeenconducted.Thestudytargetsarethe

5、theknowledgeworkersin12medium-smallprivateenterprises.250questionnairesweredistributed,208respondentswereinvolvedinthisstudy.Thedatawasanalyzedusingstatisticalmethodssuchasdescriptivestatistics,T-Test,oneway-ANOVA,correlationanalysisandregression.And

6、theresultsareasfollows:1.Theeffectofthemedium-smallenterprise’Sknowledgeworkersisgreaterthanthemediumdegree.TheemployeeshaveahighestdegreeofstressonPrivateFactor.Thetestresultsofemployeemovingindicatethatthewholeemployeemovingislittlebelowthemediumde

7、gree,amongwhichthemeanofdistrictmovingisthelowest.2.Eachdemographicvariablehaspartlysignificantdifferenceonthewholeeffectfactoranditsaspects,andlesspartlysignificantdifferenceonthewholeemployeemovinganditsaspects.3.Asawhole,thewholeeffectfactorissign

8、ificantlypositivecorrelatedwithemployeemoving.Employee’Snegativeinfluenceisincreasinglybigger,theemployeemaycomeintobeingincreasinglytobeonthemove。Organizationalfactorandprivatefactorarepositivelyandsignificantlycorrelatedwiththewholeemployeemoving.F
