2、marytotalkneearthroplasty(TKA)withRotating-PlatformtotalkneesystembetweenJune2008andJune2012werefollowed-up.Thepatientsinclude10malesand28females,agedfrom21to81yearsold,withtheaveragebeing63.The38patientsweredividedintotwogroups:thefirstgroupsconsistedof14patientsagedlessthan60yea

3、rs,andtheotherof24patientsagedolderthan60years.ClinicalevaluationofarthroplastyhasbeenmadebyreferringtothescoringsystemsofAmericanHospitalforSpecialSurgery（HSS）.ComparethescoresofkneeHSS,painandfunction,rangeofmotion(ROM)beforeandafterthearthroplasty.RadiographicEvaluationofarthro

4、plastyhasbeenmadeonthefemoraltibialangles(FTA),Observedthelimbalignment，positionoftheprosthesis,radiationthroughthelightaroundfemoralandtibialcomponentsinordertofindsignsofprosthesisloosening.Patientsatisfactionrateandthecomplicationswereevaluated.ThedatawereanalyzedwithSPSS19.0so

5、ftware.Results：The38cases(45knees)werefollowedupforanaverageof29months(ranged,8~54months).Allincisionshealedatone-stageandnoonecaseofdeepveinthrombosis，dislocationandothercomplications．Oneinfectionwascuredbytakingsomerelativetreatment.Noonecaseofflexiondeformitywasoccurred.Patient

6、s'satisfactoryratewas94.7%.1．ClinicalEvaluation：ThescoresofHSS,painandfunctionincreasedrespectivelyfrom(48.86±12.16)points,(13.42±5.58)pointsand(9.93±5.14)pointspreoperativelyto(86.89±9.07)points,(25.22±4.26)pointsand(19.47±2.85)points(P＜0.05)atthefinalfollowed-up.Theexcellentandg
