7、、新的教材、新的课程评价观，强烈冲击着现有的教师教育体系，对师生关系的改革提出了新的更高的要求。一、老课程体系下的师生关系。长期以来，社会期待教师在处理师生关系时，把家庭中的父子关系作为参照框架（所谓“师徒如父子”，“一日为师，终身为父”...）。要求教师对学生严加管束，而学生必须对教师绝对服从。整个教学过程中，主要关心教师的教，忽视学生的学；重视知识的传递，忽视学生的学习过程中的非智力因素等等。课堂上，教师期望的是学生按教案设想作出回答，教师的任务就是努力引导学生，
