2、dentificationandcontrolofpollutionsources,optimizedcontroltechnology,management,policyandstrategyformulation.Tosolvetheseproblemshaveavitalroleintheimprovementoftheregionalambientairquality.BasedonthecurrentsituationofVOCspollutionsourcesandemissionstatusisunclear,thepa
3、perfirstidentificationofpollutionsources.IdentifytheVOCspollutionsourcesisthebasisofVOCsmanagementcontrol.Tianjinasanexample,theuseofemissionfactorstoestimatetheVOCsemissions,andtheVOCspollutionsourcesemissioninventoryinTianjinisestablished.Thisprovidefortheestablishmen
4、tofVOCsinthenationalairpollutionregionaljointpreventionandcontrolofpollutionsourcesinventorymanagementsystemtheorybasis.Atthesametime,ComprehensivetheVOCsmajorgovernancetechnologyofdomesticandinternational,analysisandcomparisonoftheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthevarious
5、technologies,applicableconditions.Pavethewayfortechnologicalimprovements.BecausethecurrentofVOCscontrolstrategyinChinahasnotyetformedsystem,learnfromthepapersandlearningmorematureairpollutioncontrolstrategies,theuseofthesystemonideology,selectindicatorsfromeconomic,soci
6、alandenvironmentalaspects,andvolatileorganiccompoundscontrolstrategyevaluationindexsystem,thenusingthefuzzyanalytichierarchyprocessmethodtobuildVOCscontrolstrategyevaluationmodel.Thisdissertationputsforwardthefollowingseveralproposalsbasedontheanalysisoftheresultsofthee
