4、.UFresinwimdifferentF/UmolarratioWassynthesizedanditspropertiesweretestedtochooseanexcellentUFresinwithlowmolarratiointhispaper.Thendifferentmodifiers(suchasPVAc,PAPI,resorcin01)andcuringagent(suchasammoniumchloride,P—toluenesulfonylChloride,ethylenediaminehydrochlo

5、ride,oxalicacid,hydrochloricacid,phosphoricacid,etc.)arechosentomodifyUF,andtheirinfluenceofcuringtemperatureandbondingstrengthforUFonthesingleandcompoundconditionwerediscussed.Inaddition,theFTIRandDSCwereappliedtodiscussabouttheinternalactivegroupschangedandcuringr

6、eactionmechanismofUFbyanalysisingonthesamplesofeachstageofmodifiedUF.TheperformancetestofUFshowedthat,theviscosity,solidcontentofUFresindecreasedwiththeFlUmolarratioincreased.Atthesametime,thecuringtimesignificantlyshortensandbondingstrengthshowedarisingtrend.Inaddi

7、tion,freeformaldehydecontentofUFresinreducedwithF/Umolarratiodecreased,andtherewerenomoreChangeswhenthemolarratioWaslessthan1.3.The1.3moleratioofUFWasusedasresearchobjectinthispaper.Single·factorexperimentsareusedtoresearchone·-componentcuringagentandasinglemodifier
