2、ntofconsultantcompaniesaswellastheconsultantindustrytomanagealltheserisksscientificallyandeffectively.Theobjectivesofthisresearcharetoidentifythemostcriticalriskfactorsandthemosteffectivemanagementmeasuresinmitigatingtheserisks,andtoresearchhowtoimprovetheriskmanagementlevelofc

3、onsultantcompaniessystematically.Themaincontentofthisthesisconsistsofseveralaspectsasfollowing:1.Aquestionnairesurveyhasbeenadoptedtoidentifythemostcriticalriskfactorsandthemosteffectivemanagementmeasures.210questionnairesweresentouttorespondentsfromthreelargecompanies(50questi

4、onnairesforeachcompany)andthreesmallercompanies(20questionnairesforeachcompany).Accordingtothesurveyresults,there’reninecriticalriskfactorsfacedbyconsultants,andthemostsignificantfactorsareaccidentrelatedtosafetyandquality,punishmentbygovernmentauthoritiesandunregulatedIII建设监理行
