1、粉煤灰调粒水泥的研制摘要粉煤灰在水泥混凝士中的应用主要是高品质的I、II级灰.低品位III级灰数量巨大,研究将其直接用于水泥混凝土中,技术经济意义重大.本文通过等级配取代的方法将III级粉煤灰和超细粉煤灰同时掺加到水泥中去,研究了III级粉煤灰和超细粉煤灰对水泥性能的影响。结合粉体工程中的Andreasen颗粒紧密堆积理论,调节水泥的颗粒分布,实现颗粒的密实组合。研究了影响粉煤灰水泥颗粒分布的因素以及颗粒分布对水泥石的力学、变形和耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:复合掺入III级粉煤灰和超细粉煤灰不仅不会降低水泥的强度,而且还可以减小水泥浆的自收缩,提高水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗
2、透的能力;调节III级粉煤灰和超细粉煤灰的掺量和掺加比例对水泥的各项性能都有很大的影响,增大III级粉煤灰的含量有利于提高水泥的堆积密实度,减小水泥浆的自收缩,减小水泥砂浆在毛细孔压力作用下的渗透性,增大超细粉煤灰的含量有利于提高水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透的能力。研究表明,III级粉煤灰可以调粒方式配制出高性能水泥。本研究为低等级粉煤灰的应用指出了~条可行的途径。关键词:粉煤灰;水泥熟料;颗粒级配;白收缩;强度;耐久性PreparationofFlyAshCementwithParticleAdjustedABSTRACTTheapplicationofflyashinco

6、reasethechloridepenetrationresistanceofcementmortar,withoutdepressingitsstrength.ChangingthecontentofandmixingratioofgradeIIIflyashandultrafineflyashcanseriouslyimpactcementproperties;IncreasingthecontentofgradeIIIflyashcanincreasepackingdensityofcement,reduceautogenousshrinkageofcementm
7、ortarandthepermeabilityunderthefunctionofcapillarypressure.Increasingthecontentofultrafineisbeneficialtoraisingchloridepenetrationresistanceofcementmortar.ItiSshowthatgradeIllflyashcanbeusedtoproducehigh·performancecementbymeansofadjustingparticlesizedistributionofcement.
