1、AbstractThisthesisstudiestheinfluenceofgradingeffectsofmineralparticles,andtheoreticallyanalyzestheimprovementswhichthefinemineralpowdercouldgivetothedualityortri-variatesystems.Itistriedtosummarizetherelationshipbetweenthedensepackingpropertyandsofactors,suchaspercentage,finenes
2、sortheparticlesizedistributionofthosemineralpowders.Then,throughsomeexperiments,theinfluencesofthefinemineralpowdersonthefluidity,rheologicalandhardenedpropertiesandthehydrationarcstudied・Thetestsofstandardusingwaterratiocanreflecttheexistenceofthedensepackingphenomenondirectly,F
3、irst,calculatedtheParticlc-Sizc-Distributionofmulti-powdersbasedthedensepackedAndreasenequation,then,calculatedthepackingdensitybasedAimandGoffmodel.Baseduponthoseobservationsanddatafromliteratures,wechoosetwodifferentsystemstolucubrate,contemporary,weaddedsomecorrelationsystems.
4、Experimentalstudiesarecarriedoutontherheologicalpropertiesoffreshpastesaswellasthestrengthofhardenpaste,validatedthedensepackingdensitythroughwaterrequirementratioofnormalconsistency,theresultindicatedwaterrequirementratioofnormalconsistencycanbeavaluetotextthepackingdensity.Fina
5、lly,wediscussedthehydrationprocessofParticle-Size-Distributioncement.Thestudieshaveshownthat:TheAimandGoffmodelcangetthepackingdensityofmineralpowder-cementsystemconveniently;thedistributionofcementandmineralpowderhasimportanteffectonpackingdensityofmixtures,thebetterdistribution
6、,thehigherpackingdensity;particledistributioniscloselyrelevanttofluiditycharacteristicsoffreshpastes,underidenticalcondition,theyieldingshearstressandplasticviscosityreducewithincreasinglybetterparticledistributionandthushigherpackingdensityofmixture;particledistributionisalsoclo
