2、ationforfurtherdevelopment·Theytriedtoenhancetheircompetitivepowerandavojdtheriskonmarketbyestablishingnewenterprisegroupsorincorporatingwithothergroups．However，inrealitythedevelopmentofChineseenterprisegroupsisnotideal．For1nstance，aftertherapidexpansionofinitialstage，the
