1、摘要摘要随着经济全球一体化以及信息物联时代的到来，市场竞争日趋白热化，面对激烈的市场竞争，企业要想生存和发展，需要提升企业的整体绩效。由此可见，绩效管理已经成为现代企业管理和人力资源管理的一个核心内容，如何改进企业绩效管理模式，提升企业整体层次，建立一套适合企业战略要求的绩效考评体系成为企业亟需解决的关键问题。本文从科学的、战略的、切合实际、操作性强的角度，通过深入企业实地调查，掌握了大量的一手资料。首先，阐述绩效与绩效管理的概念，绩效管理体系的含义及标准化管理理论，然后，深入分析A企业初期的绩效管理现状及面临的问题，采取关键绩效指标法（KPI）法与

2、目标管理法（MBO）法，融入标准化管理，为A企业重新设计构建了一整套符合其工作实际的绩效管理体系。A企业新的绩效管理体系运行后，通过采取数据指标的对比，用数据说明了A企业的绩效管理水平显著改善。最后，提出通过采取完善配套制度、培育绩效文化、优化业务流程及建立反馈机制等方式，保障A企业绩效管理体系的持续运行。本文通过对A企业设计构建绩效管理体系，使A企业的战略定位更加凸显，员工更加关注自身承担的各项绩效指标并按照各节点要求完成相应工作，A企业的绩效得到了显著提升，A企业生产管理流程日趋完善，企业效益明显提升，企业竞争力有效提高。关键词：绩效管理；绩效管
