2、ectandefficientperformancemanagementsystem．ThecoalindustryinChinaisfacingtransformation，inanenvironmentofstrengtheninginnermanagementandimprovingbenefit．In2008，theXTCompanyinitiallyestablisheditsperformancemanagementsystem，anddidaseriesofresearchtoexploreit．Sincetheshiftfrombuildingprojecttoproduc

3、tionandbusiness，the行equentchangeofseniorleadership，andtheshortageofprofessionaltheoryandpracticalexperience，thepresentperformancemanagementsystemhasallkindsofproblems，suchasthelackoforganicconnection，unreasonabledesignfurdepartmentalperformanceindicator,nonexistentemployeeperformancemanagement，and

4、futileuseofevaluationresult,etc．Iftheseproblemscannotbesolved，theXTCompanywouldnotefficientlyexertefforttoperformancemanagementsystem,getadvantageintheincreasinglycompetitivecoal·chemicalindustry,andmakecontributiontothetransformationofthegroupcompany．Thisthesiscarefullyanalyzesthemajorproblemsoft

5、heperformancemanagementofXTCompany,andputforwardseveralappropriatesolutionsaccordingly,intendingtoimprovetheinnermanagementlevelandincreasebenefits．Besides，asacoal-chemicalbusiness，XTCompanyalsosharescertaincharacteristicswithothercoalenterprises，intermsoftheproblemsofperformancemanagement．Thus，th
