2、urdenupontheresidents.Thehuaiheriverbasinislocatedintheeasternpartofourcountry,mainlyaretheplains.ThisareaisoneofimportantagriculturalproductsbaseinOUrcountry,SOdroughtiswreakinghavocondevelopment,andwhatismore,thisareaistypicallyecologicalfragilezone.Therefore,ithasanimportantpracticalsignificanceo

3、ntakingobjective,positiveandeffectivemeasurestomonitordroughtinformationandminimizelosses.Thispapercollectedavarietyofdroughtremotesensingmonitoringinformationathomeandabroad.Summarizedthedroughtremotesensinginversionmodels,ChooseThehuaiheriverbasinwhichaffectedbytheextremedroughteventsastheresearch

4、object,usingMODl1A2andMODl3A2whicharecomefromthesynthesizedproductMODISdatatoobtainthenormalizeddifferencevegetationindex(NDVI)andlandsurfacetemperature(Ts),buildtheTs-NDVIfeaturespace.BasedonAMSR-EpassivemicrowaveremotesensingdatawehavebuiltMPDIdroughtindex.AndfurtherverifyMPDIdroughtindexintheappl

5、icabilityofthehuaiheriverbasin.Then,ThroughtheTVDIandMPDIIndexarecomparedwiththemeasuredsoilmoistureandthestandardizedprecipitationindex(SPI).thestudyareaforthelongdynamicremotesensingmonitoringandevaluationin2006-2010.Includingthefollowingaspects:(1)UsingMODISdataproducts,extractfrcow,Ts)andtransfo

6、rmprojectionbytheMRTsoftware,andthenbuiltTs-NDVIfeaturespace,finallyobtainedtemperaturevegetationdrynessindex(TVD0ofevery16daysfrom2006to2010byVc++6.0ofthehuaiheriverbasin.DividethesoilmoistureintofivegradesbythevalueofTVDI,getfiveyearsdroughtgradespacedistributionofthestudyarea.Overall,theeasternp蜓
