1、AbstractFoodsecurityisrelatedtonationalinterests,isanimportantcomponentofnationalsecurity,forChina,acountrywithalargepopulation,foodsafetyproblemhassignificantmeaningtoplayadecisiveroletomaintainthesocialstabilityandeconomicdevelopment.Butfoodsafetyincidentshappened
2、frequentlyinrecentyearsseriouslyaffectingthesustainedandrapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomyandpeople'shealth,butalso,foodsafetyproblemhasshownnewfeatures,especiallylargeenterprises(suchasSanLugroup,shuanghuigroup)havebecometheleadingroleoffoodsafetyaccidents,showin
3、gthedefectsinfoodsafetyregulationsystemandthedesignsystem,thefoodsafetysupervisionhasbecomeanurgenttask.Thispaper,accordingtotheeconomicresearchparadigm,comprehensivelyusesmethodslikenormativeresearchandempiricalresearchtoin-depthanalysistheproblemsoffoodsecurityinc
4、hina.Thispaperfirstlydefinesthedefinitionoffoodsafetyregulation,andmadeatheoreticalanalysisoffoodsafetyregulationfromasymmetricinformation,externalityandincentiveregulationtheory,explainsthenecessityofgovernmentfoodsafetyregulation;secondly,usingtheincompleteinforma
5、tiondynamicgamecarriesanempiricalanalysisbetweenthegovernmentandfoodbusinesses’action,revealsthefactorsthatinfluenceofthemainactionofourcountryfoodsafetyregulationandtheincentivecoefficientthatgovernmentincentiveenterprisetoconductsafetyproduction;Thirdly,combiningw
6、iththeShandong8districtsinfoodsafetyquestionnaire,analysisthestatusandtheexistingproblemsofourfoodsafetyregulationsystem,constructaevaluationindexsystemcomposedbytheinvestment,operationandoutputthreestepsandcarryaactualmeasurementtofoodsafetyregulationsin8citiesofSh
