3、notrecoverthepoten—tialenergyoftheheavyobject.Inordertoavoidtheobjectfallingtoofast,athrottlevalveissetintheoilcircuittoIimitthefallingvelocityoftheobject.Therefore.thepotentialenergywillbeconveaedintothethermalenergy,whichnotonlybringstheenergylossandalsocouldcausesomethermalproblems.

4、Inordertoavoidthelossofenergy,anenergy-savingcompositecylin-derhydraulicliftingsystemisdesigned.Thispaperpresentsthebasicstructureandworkingtheo-ryofthisnewhydraulicliftingsystem.Byutilizingcompositecylinderwithspecialstructurecom-binedwithaccumulator.thissystemcanIimittheloweringveloc

5、ityofheavyobjectandalsocouldrecoverthepotentialenergyoftheobjectbeinglowered.Thus,thissystemhasremarkableefectofenergy—saving.Theparametersoftheaccumulatorusedinthissystemaredetermined.Themathematicalmodelofliftingconditionisproposed,andthesimulationanalysisofliftingconditionisconducte
