1、AbstractABSTRACTTheplasticthin-wallpartsisdefinedastheplasticinjectionpartswhichwallisbelowtwomillimeters.Comparedwiththenormalplasticinjectionparts,thin-wallpartshassomeadvantage,suchassavematerials,reducecosts,enhanceproductivity,moreslighter,etc.Furthermore,becauseofthecharacter
2、indesigningandinjecting,theinjectioncharactersoftheplasticthin-wallpartshaveinordertodoindiferent,includingthematerials,mouldandequipments.Moreover,comparedwiththenormalinjectedparts,theinjectiontechniqueofthethin-wallpartsshowmorecomplexandmoredificultytocontrol.Thethin-wallpartsa
3、reeasilyinjectedwiththesurfacedefects,suchastheshotinjection,flowinjection,wrapage,fusionmarks,cracketc.Howtocontrolsuchdefectsandgetbetterqualityproductsisthemainaimofthisproblemresearched.Andthecoreofthisstudyistobuildthe"plasticthin-wallinjectedparts'surfacequalitycontrolsystem"
4、(PPSQCS),comingtothecapabilityofforecasttheusualdefectsofthethin-wallparts.Duringtheresearchofthispaper,variouskindsofdefectsofthin-wallinjectedparts,includingshotinjection,flowinjection,wrapage,fusionmarksandcrack,hadbeenanalyzedandsummarizedinthefirstphase.Inthisphase,the~goalist
