1、效率有高有低。一般认为，股份制商业银行与私营银行具有较高的经营效率，而国有独资银行因为其政策因素等原因很难获得相对较高的经营效率。商业银行的产业绩效同样受到其市场结构的影响。因此我们认为，市场结构和产权结构会对城市商业银行的绩效产生决定性影响。本文通过实证分析，对可能影响我国城市商业银行产业绩效的多个因素进行筛选，并根据结果提出具有针对性的发展意见。关键词：城市商业银行；绩效；影响因素；发展建议：IIAbstractSincethe1990s,withthedeepeningofdegreeofmarketeconomy,ourfinancialsystemreformhasdevelped.

4、tofassetsis7.8526trillionyuan,andafter-taxprofitsis76.98billionyuan.ThecitycommercialbanksisgraduallybecomeoneoftheimportantstrengthinChina'sfinancialindustry.ButwiththeopeningupofChina'sfinancialindustry,foreignBankscontinuetocomeintoourfinancialmarket.State-ownedcommercialBanksandlargejoint-stockc
