4、satisfactionofrequiredservicethantransmissionrate，wetakeUtilitytoclassifythetypeofservices，andanalysetheUtilitycharacteristicoftheservices．ThenweintroducenewscaleranamedSoRoutage，tojudgetheallocationeffectoftheSoRQoStraffic．Sincetheproblemisverycomplex，weclassifythetransm

5、issionscenesandsolvetheproblems．Thescenesincludesingleandmultiplerelays，singleandmultipleusers，orthogonalandnon—orthogonalrelayforwardingmodes，andthroughputandUtilityoptimizations．Thetransmissionscenesarecombinedtobesolvedwithoutgenerality．Foreachscene，wefirstintroducethe
